Instructions
- Mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a soft dough forms.
- Knead briefly on a lightly floured surface (6–8 turns).
- Divide into four pieces and roll each into a rope, then join the ends to form rings.
- Brush each bagel with the beaten egg.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping or rotating halfway for even cooking.
Notes
Let the shaped rings rest for 4–5 minutes before air frying. Preheat air fryer for 3–4 minutes to ensure a crisp crust.
