- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips (or chocolate coating)
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Shape mixture into 1 Tbsp balls using a cookie scoop and chill on a parchment-lined tray for 30–60 minutes.
- Melt chocolate gently in the microwave or double boiler.
- Dip chilled bites in melted chocolate, tapping off excess.
- Place back on parchment to set.
Notes
Serve chilled with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. For different flavors, use milk, dark, or white chocolate for coating.
