Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made gluten-free pizza crust or 9–10-inch round of gluten-free pizza dough (1012 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a pizza stone or heavy baking sheet inside to heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil; stir in 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of red pepper flakes to make the garlic butter.
  3. Stretch or roll the dough into a 10×6-inch oval on parchment and brush half of the garlic butter over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan over the dough.
  5. Bake on the preheated surface for 10–12 minutes.
  6. Switch to broil on high for 1–2 minutes to brown the cheese, watching carefully.
  7. Remove from oven, brush the remaining garlic butter on any exposed crust, let rest for 2 minutes, slice, and serve.
