A simple and satisfying gelatin trick to help curb cravings and prevent mindless snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Optional: 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or preferred sweetener
  • Optional: a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Pour hot water into a mug.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over the top and stir for about 30 to 45 seconds until fully dissolved.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and your optional sweetener.
  4. Drink warm, or let it cool and chill for a gel-like texture.
