  • Total Time: 240 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup hot liquid (herbal tea, warm water, or a mix of warm water and a splash of juice)
  • 1 cup cold liquid (cold water, chilled tea, or cold water plus a squeeze of citrus)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)
  • Optional flavor helpers: lemon or lime juice, vanilla extract, berry flavor drops

Instructions

  1. Pour the cold liquid into a medium bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Add the hot liquid and stir slowly until everything dissolves fully.
  3. Taste carefully and add sweetener or flavor as desired.
  4. Pour into small containers or silicone molds.
  5. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until set, preferably overnight.

Notes

Ensure to properly bloom the gelatin to prevent lumps and achieve a smooth texture. Adjust flavors gradually to enhance the taste.
