- 12–14 ounces (about 340–400 g) fresh dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 beaten egg (or milk) for egg wash
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, everything seasoning, cinnamon-sugar
Instructions
- Start with the dough, divide into eight pieces, and roll into tight balls.
- Poke a hole through the center and widen gently to form a 2–3 inch ring.
- Brush with beaten egg or milk, sprinkle toppings if desired.
- Place in the air fryer and cook at 350°F (175°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping or rotating halfway through.
Notes
Let shaped rings rest for 5–10 minutes for better texture. Use parchment or a perforated liner to prevent sticking.
