- 2 cups water (1 cup hot, 1 cup cold)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 1 packet or 1 tablespoon sugar free strawberry or cherry drink mix
- 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Optional add-ins: Fresh berries, sliced citrus, a little grated ginger
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup hot water into a mug or bowl.
- Sprinkle gelatin on top and wait 30 seconds. Then stir until fully dissolved.
- Stir in your drink mix or juice, plus lemon if using.
- Add the remaining 1 cup cold water and stir again.
- Pour into a glass and chill for 2 to 3 hours for a firmer set.
Notes
If drinking before it fully sets, use a straw or sip slowly for a silky texture.
