Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pour the warm water into a mug.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over the top and let it sit for 30 seconds to bloom.
  3. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  4. Add a pinch of pink salt and stir again.
  5. Add lemon juice and sweetener if using.
  6. Drink it warm or chill for 1 to 2 hours for a soft gel cup.
