Ingredients

  • 1 packet flavored gelatin or sugar-free gelatin mix
  • 1 packet plain unflavored gelatin (optional)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • A squeeze of lemon or lime (optional)
  • Small bowls or a glass container for the fridge

Instructions

  1. Pour the hot water into a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk in the flavored gelatin until fully dissolved.
  3. If using unflavored gelatin, sprinkle it in and whisk well until dissolved completely.
  4. Stir in the cold water and add lemon if desired.
  5. Pour mixture into small bowls or a container.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until set.

Notes

For a creamier texture, top with a spoon of plain Greek yogurt. Adjust water amount for preferred firmness.
