- 1 packet flavored gelatin or sugar-free gelatin mix
- 1 packet plain unflavored gelatin (optional)
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup cold water
- A squeeze of lemon or lime (optional)
- Small bowls or a glass container for the fridge
Instructions
- Pour the hot water into a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in the flavored gelatin until fully dissolved.
- If using unflavored gelatin, sprinkle it in and whisk well until dissolved completely.
- Stir in the cold water and add lemon if desired.
- Pour mixture into small bowls or a container.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until set.
Notes
For a creamier texture, top with a spoon of plain Greek yogurt. Adjust water amount for preferred firmness.
