  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 2 cups (340 g) semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream together unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.
  3. Whisk together gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt; fold into the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Chill the dough for 30–60 minutes.
  6. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet using a tablespoon.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes on the sheet before transferring to a rack.
