- Shape the dough into rings with floured hands
Rising Bagels
- Let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
Boiling Process
- Boil a large pot of water and add honey.
Pre-Bake with Toppings
- Gently drop each bagel into the boiling water, cooking for 1 minute on each side.
- Transfer bagels to a baking sheet and add toppings.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 22 minutes until golden.
