- 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (105–110°F / 40–43°C)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add warm water, olive oil, and honey; mix until smooth.
- Let the dough rise until doubled, about 45–60 minutes.
- Turn out onto a floured surface, divide, and shape into baguettes.
- Proof for 20–30 minutes.
- Slash the tops and bake at 450°F (230°C) with steam for the first 10 minutes.
Notes
Best enjoyed warm, sliced with herb butter or garlic oil. Can be stored at room temperature for 2 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
