- 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Bloom the yeast in warm water with honey for 5-10 minutes.
- Stir the yeast mixture and olive oil into the dry mix until combined.
- Allow the dough to rise until puffy, for 1-2 hours warm or 8-12 hours in the fridge.
- Shape the dough gently and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat a Dutch oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For best results, use psyllium husk powder instead of whole husks, and consider weighing flour for accurate measurements.
