  • 2 cups roasted sweet potato, mashed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roast sweet potato until tender, then cool and mash.
