Homemade gelatin gummies that are keto-friendly, low in sugar, and customizable to satisfy sweet cravings without the guilt.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 12 gummies

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cold liquid (unsweetened berry tea, diluted lemon juice, or sugar-free drink mix)
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • Keto sweetener (monk fruit or erythritol blend)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Collagen peptides (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over 1 cup of cold liquid in a bowl and letting it sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the mixture in a saucepan on low heat, gently whisking until dissolved (do not boil).
  3. Add sweetener and salt to taste, whisking in collagen peptides if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds or a small glass dish.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours or overnight.

Notes

For firmer gummies, use more gelatin or less liquid; for softer gummies, do the opposite. Store in a sealed container to prevent drying out.
