- 1 cup cold liquid (unsweetened berry tea, diluted lemon juice, or sugar-free drink mix)
- 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- Keto sweetener (monk fruit or erythritol blend)
- Pinch of salt
- Collagen peptides (optional)
Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over 1 cup of cold liquid in a bowl and letting it sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Warm the mixture in a saucepan on low heat, gently whisking until dissolved (do not boil).
- Add sweetener and salt to taste, whisking in collagen peptides if using.
- Pour the mixture into molds or a small glass dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
Notes
For firmer gummies, use more gelatin or less liquid; for softer gummies, do the opposite. Store in a sealed container to prevent drying out.
