Instructions

  1. Stir the gelatin into the hot water until fully dissolved.
  2. Add cold water and stir again.
  3. If adding collagen, whisk it in slowly to avoid clumping.
  4. Pour into small cups or jars and chill for 120 to 240 minutes until set.
