Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the blend flour (gluten-free), water, salt, and yeast until combined.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for a few hours until bubbly and doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and shape into a rough rectangle.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut ghost shapes into the dough, stretching holes as desired.
- Brush with olive oil and dust with flour for a crispier crust.
- Optional: add olives or cheese for decoration.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
