Instructions
- Fill a glass with warm or room temperature water.
- Add the pink salt and stir until it dissolves.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar, starting with 1 teaspoon.
- Taste and add lemon juice or honey if desired.
- Sip slowly, ideally before breakfast.
