- 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, psyllium husk, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix water, honey, and olive oil.
- Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until fully combined.
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes to allow the psyllium to absorb the water.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
For best results, allow the psyllium husk to form a gel before mixing. Adjust the water if the dough appears too dry.
