- 1 box Royal mangonada gelatin mix
- Boiling water (check your box for the exact amount)
- Cold water (also follow the box)
- Optional: diced mango, lime zest, chamoy, tajin, or a few pieces of fruit for the bottom
Instructions
- Dissolve the gelatin powder completely in boiling water.
- Add cold water and mix again.
- Pour into a glass dish or cups.
- Wait about 10 to 15 minutes if adding fruit, cool slightly, then fold the fruit in.
- Chill until firm, about 3 to 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Notes
Add fresh fruit for added sweetness, and consider toppings such as a drizzle of chamoy or a sprinkle of chili powder for added flair.
