- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water (110°F)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar, then sprinkle yeast on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a separate bowl, mix gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, and salt.
- Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the dry ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes to rise.
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
Ensure proper pre-hydration of xanthan gum for better results. Experiment with hydration levels for different bread styles.
