  • 2 cups apples, peeled, cored, and diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt) in one bowl.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients (butter, milk, eggs) in another bowl until well blended.
  4. Merge the wet and dry ingredients together, folding in the diced apples gently.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean with a few crumbs.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
