Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to your selected method.
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix water, oil, and yeast until bubbling.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size, approximately 30-60 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to a prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven (specific to your method) using the suggested temperature and time protocols:
- For convection: 400°F for 40-45 minutes.
- For conventional: 425°F for 50-55 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
