Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup warm milk or non-dairy substitute
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1 packet gluten-free yeast
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk or xanthan gum

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour blend, psyllium husk or xanthan gum, yeast, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the warm milk and eggs.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes.
  6. Transfer the dough into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
  9. Once cooled, slice and serve.

Notes

Wrap the cooled loaf in plastic wrap to keep it fresh for several days.
