Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Mix chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and baking powder until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan.
- Top with chopped herbs and cherry tomatoes, if desired.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crackled on top.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
