Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups hot brewed coffee (regular or decaf)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons instant coffee (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (or about 3 teaspoons)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk or unsweetened almond milk (optional)
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of the hot coffee into a bowl or measuring cup.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over the top and let it sit for 1 minute.
  3. Stir until smooth, then add the remaining hot coffee and mix well.
  4. Add sweetener, cinnamon, and a splash of milk if desired.
  5. Pour into a small container or two ramekins.
  6. Chill for 2 to 3 hours until set.

Notes
