  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup ketchup for glaze
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar for glaze

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in the crockpot.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Combine ketchup and brown sugar to create a glaze, and pour over the meatloaf during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
