- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
- 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, pineapple juice, ginger, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken.
- Cook until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized, about 7-10 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For optimal flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Serve with jasmine rice and stir-fried veggies.
