Instructions
- Pour hot water into a mug or bowl.
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the top and let it sit for about 30 seconds.
- Stir well until fully dissolved, ensuring there are no grains.
- Add lemon juice and any sweetener; taste and adjust.
- Drink warm or chill in a container for 1 to 2 hours for a gel cup.
Notes
Do not rush the stirring to avoid clumps. Cover the chilled version to prevent it from absorbing fridge odors.
