Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin (about 2.5 teaspoons)

  • Optional: herbal tea bag or flavored tea (peach, mint, or berry)

Instructions

  1. Pour the hot water into a bowl or measuring cup.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin on top and whisk immediately until dissolved.
  3. Stir in the cold water and add lemon if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into cups or ramekins.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results.

Notes
