Instructions
- Pour the hot water into a bowl or measuring cup.
- Sprinkle the gelatin on top and whisk immediately until dissolved.
- Stir in the cold water and add lemon if using.

- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
Notes
For a stronger flavor, use brewed tea as the hot water and add citrus for freshness. Adjust gelatin amount based on desired texture.
