- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water (or cold herbal tea)
- 1 packet sugar free strawberry or raspberry gelatin
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (optional)
- 2 to 4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt (optional)
- Small squeeze of lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Pour the boiling water into a medium bowl.
- Sprinkle in the flavored gelatin and whisk until it is fully dissolved.
- If you are using unflavored gelatin, sprinkle it in now and whisk again until smooth.
- Add the cold water and stir.
- If you want the creamy version, let the mix cool for about 10 minutes. Then whisk in the Greek yogurt.
- Pour into a glass dish or small cups and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Notes
Use cold water that is actually cold for better texture. Chill before adding yogurt for a smoother consistency.
