- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (or 1 packet)
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar free drink mix
Instructions
- Pour the hot water into a bowl or measuring cup.
- Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin on top and whisk for about 30 seconds until it dissolves.
- Stir in the drink mix.
- Taste it; if it is too mild, add a tiny bit more mix.
- Pour into small cups or one container.
- Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours until set.
Notes
Best served cold, optionally topped with a spoonful of Greek yogurt for a creamy dessert vibe.
