- 2 pounds steak (sirloin or ribeye), diced
- 6 medium potatoes, sliced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 medium onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer sliced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add diced steak on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth over the steak.
- Top with diced onions and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Layer the remaining potatoes and finish with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Let it rest a few minutes before serving.

For a twist, consider adding vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
