Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 scoops unflavored collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice (optional)
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour the gelatin powder into a bowl.
  2. Add boiling water and whisk until fully dissolved, about 1 minute.
  3. Whisk in collagen while the liquid is still warm to prevent clumping.
  4. Add cold water and citrus juice if using.
  5. Pour into a dish or individual cups.
